Trash Service Information

Your homeowners' association has negotiated a group discount for trash pickup from Atlanta Waste Industries. The Riverfield group discount rate is $45 plus $2.40 franchise fee for three months. There is also a one time $10 account setup fee and $10 trash can delivery fee. You will be billed by Atlanta Waste Industries every three months. Pick-up for trash, recyclables and yard-waste is every Monday morning.

Yard Waste Rules

• Grass clippings and leaves must be in the brown paper yard bags or loose in a seperate uncovered can
• Limbs, twigs, and branches must be bundled and tied in bunches not greater than 4 feet long, 3 feet in diameter, and 30 pounds

• Plastic soda bottles and milk jugs
• Other plastic items labeled 1 or 2
