Hand watering with a garden hose is allowed for 25 minutes between the hours of midnight and 10am on an odd-even schedule according to the last number of your street address. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday for house addresses that end with an odd number. Monday, Wednesday, Saturday for house addresses that end with an even number.The use of sprinkler systems is not allowed unless you have a new install of sod, grass seed or plantings. If you have a new install, you are allowed to water three days a week for 30 days. Please review this procedure online. There are further restrictions related to new installs.
